Can't save search filters

Hii..


I'm guessing I'm doing something wrong here, but I am unable to save any search filters.



I setup a search filter, then go down to save it:

The new window pops up and here the trouble starts. The filename is greyed out regardless of which folder I try to save it in.

And if I press either the title or the description, this weird on screen keyboard pops up



Any idea what I am doing wrong and why that keyboard comes up in the first place?
